GRAMMY MUSEUM MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY 

IMPORTANT: Please note that these policies only apply to GRAMMY Museum merchandise bought in the Museum collection on GrammyMuseumStore.com. Please scroll down this page to see MusiCares & GRAMMY Awards return policies for all merchandise bought within those collections.  

Note: Books and music items are non-returnable.Sale, worn or damaged merchandise is non-returnable. All returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person. 

  • Step 1: Please email retail@grammymuseum.org with the following info so we can be on the lookout for your return:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Mailing service used for return

You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return products purchased at GrammyMuseumStore.com.

For returns, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was fulfillment error by GrammyMuseumStore.com.

  •  Step 2: Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your item.

  • Step 3: Send your package addressed to:

  • Please return your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
  • Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.
  • Please see the Return Policies below before sending out your package.
  • Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the website.

 

MUSICARES AND GRAMMY AWARDS MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY 

IMPORTANT: Please note that these policies only apply to GRAMMY Awards and MusiCares merchandise bought within those collections on GrammyMuseumStore.com. Please see the GRAMMY Museum return policies for all merchandise bought within its collection.  

  • Because we use a print-on-demand service to fulfill each order as it is processed, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. Please make sure to reference the sizing charts for each product. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) by contacting Customer Service.  
  • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item(s) or the item(s) received are misprinted, damaged, or defective. If any of these apply, please contact Customer Service. We will follow up to request photos of wrong/damageditems and we’ll sort that out for you. 
  • At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.  
  • Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue arefund!
