  • Placing An Order 
    After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method. Orders are generally fulfilled between 3-5 business days.   • Payment Methods 
    We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Discover for internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.  
  • Order Inquiry 
    You may check the status of your order on our website at any time by clicking on the Customer Service link.
  • Cancellation Policy 
    Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. Please contact Customer Service for more information on canceling your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system. 
  • Merchandise Availability 
    Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out-of-stock item(s).
