IMPORTANT: Please note that these policies only apply to GRAMMY Museum merchandise bought in the Museum collection on GrammyMuseumStore.com. Please scroll down this page to see MusiCares & GRAMMY Awards ordering policies for all merchandise bought within those collections. 

  • Placing An Order 
    After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that GrammyMuseumStore.com has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method. Orders are generally fulfilled between 3-5 business days. Shipping timeframes can be found on the Shipping & Delivery page. 
  • Payment Methods 
    We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and Discover for internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.  
  • Order Inquiry 
    You may check the status of your order on our website at any time by clicking on the Customer Service link.
  • Cancellation Policy 
    Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. Please contact Customer Service for more information on canceling your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system. 
  • Merchandise Availability 
    Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by GrammyMuseumStore.com. All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out-of-stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by GrammyMuseumStore.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.  
  • Disclaimers 
    Prices on GrammyMuseumStore.com are subject to change without notice. GrammyMuseumStore.com maintains the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that GrammyMuseumStore.com believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that GrammyMuseumStore.com believes are harmful to its clients, or its affiliates.  
  • International Shipping & Delivery 
    At this time, GRAMMY Museum collection merchandise ordered on GrammyMuseumStore.com can only be shipped within the United States and Canada. 
  • Canada Shipping & Delivery 
    When submitting Canadian orders through GrammyMuseumStore.com you are responsible for all import fees, customs, duties & taxes.

  • Canadian Orders - About Customs, Duties & Taxes
    When ordering Grammy Museum merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada.   

    The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a Canadian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; GrammyMuseumStore.com has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Tracking An Order 
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions aboutyour tracking or shipment, contact Customer Service.  
  • How Are Your Products Made? 
    We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending onwhere you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. Please visit the Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
  • I Received A Wrong/Damaged Product, What Should I Do? 
    We’re so sorry if you received the wrong product or the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for youquickly, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days with photos of thewrong or damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
