2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Please note some items will not ship until a later date. Check product descriptions for more details.

3. How do I return an item I bought at GrammyMuseumStore.com?

 *Please note all returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person. 

  • Please download and print our Return Form
  • Please fill out all the necessary information indicating what kind of return you would like to make.
  • NOTE: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to return products purchased at GrammyMuseumStore.com. For returns, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is determined that GrammyMuseumStore.com was at fault.
  • Enclose a copy of the packing slip and the Return Form with your item. (If you do not have a copy of the packing slip please notify Customer Service here.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us here or 1-877-257-4916 for more information.
6. Can I use my Grammy Museum Store gift card online?
  • Unfortunately, at this time Grammy Museum Store Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card at the Grammy Museum Store located at LA Live.

7. How do I return an item I bought at the Grammy Museum Store at LA Live?

  • All purchases made from the Grammy Museum Store located at LA Live must be returned in store only. Please call the Grammy Museum Store for more information 213-765-6800. 

8. How long will it take for my Return to process?

  • Please send all returns via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed.
